FOUNDER

Tor, an investor and financier, specializes in real estate, energy, and digital asset transformation. His boutique, BD Globe Capital Partners, has invested, advised and financed global entities, including the Norwegian Ministry of Trade. With over $6 billion in deals over 18 years, he led BP's CIS division in Dubai and began in energy with Hydro Petroleum. He co-founded Karra Oil & Gas, trade finance funds, and ventures in oil trading, digital bonds, US E&P, real estate, and biofuels. Holding degrees from the Norwegian School of Management, the University of Alabama, and the University of Florida.

Oliver Rashid Rasmussen is a seasoned finance advisor with expertise in global fundraising, fund setups, and advanced financial solutions. His career spans international markets, collaborating with top financial specialists from Switzerland, Europe, and the UAE. Beginning at the Danish design firm Tiffany, he later advanced in marketing and finance at a quantum macro technology company in London. Transitioning to commodities, Oliver built a robust network, becoming a trusted advisor to global funds in Abu Dhabi, Europe, and Australia. His ability to bridge industries, strategic thinking, and leadership—refined during his football career—position him as a key figure in global finance.

ADVISOR

Bjørn Vik is a distinguished figure in Norway's data and data center industry, recognized for his pioneering contributions to digital infrastructure. As the founder of N0r5ke Fibre, he established an 800 km subsea internet cable connecting Norway's west coast to global networks, significantly enhancing the region's connectivity. In his role as an advisor to the Viking Digital Campus, Bjørn brings extensive expertise in digital infrastructure and connectivity, driving innovation and sustainable development in the project.

Knut Gronsberg is the founder and chairman of Gronsberg Bygg, one of the largest civil contracting firms in Florø. A successful real estate developer, Knut has played a pivotal role in collaborating with local landowners, municipalities, and workstreams to drive progress and ensure the success of key projects in the region.
