A growing portfolio of Nordic digital infrastructure campuses

Viking Digital Campus is developing a multi-site platform across Norway and Finland, designed to support large-scale hyperscale, AI, and cloud deployments.

Platform Overview

Map of Europe with five red location markers in northern Europe, including Iceland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
  • A diversified portfolio of campuses across Norway and Finland, enabling scalable and flexible infrastructure deployment.

  • Designed to support high-capacity, phased build-outs aligned with long-term hyperscale, AI, and cloud demand.

  • Built around access to predominantly renewable energy sources, supporting reliable, sustainable and low-carbon operations.

  • Engineered to accommodate next-generation compute, including high-density, liquid-cooled GPU and TPU environments.

Our portfolio is structured as a series of strategically located campuses across the Nordics. Each site has been selected based on power availability, cooling efficiency, connectivity potential, and long-term scalability.

The platform is designed to support phased development, allowing capacity to be delivered in line with customer demand while maintaining capital discipline and operational flexibility.

A Disciplined Approach to Site Selection

Each Viking Digital Campus is selected and developed based on a consistent set of infrastructure criteria. This ensures that every project within the portfolio meets the requirements of next-generation compute while supporting long-term scalability

Sites are prioritised based on access to reliable, renewable power and grid infrastructure.

Power-First Strategy

Locations are selected to maximise the use of natural climate and, where possible, access to cold coastal water.

Cooling Efficiency

Campuses are designed for phased expansion, allowing infrastructure to grow over time.

Scalability

Connectivity Potential

Sites are aligned with fibre routing and access to major European network corridors.

Phased Development Model

This phased approach allows Viking Digital Campus to deliver infrastructure efficiently while maintaining flexibility and capital discipline.
