Viking Digital Campus is developing a multi-site platform across Norway and Finland, designed to support large-scale hyperscale, AI, and cloud deployments.

Our portfolio is structured as a series of strategically located campuses across the Nordics. Each site has been selected based on power availability, cooling efficiency, connectivity potential, and long-term scalability.

The platform is designed to support phased development, allowing capacity to be delivered in line with customer demand while maintaining capital discipline and operational flexibility.

A Disciplined Approach to Site Selection

Each Viking Digital Campus is selected and developed based on a consistent set of infrastructure criteria. This ensures that every project within the portfolio meets the requirements of next-generation compute while supporting long-term scalability

Phased Development Model

  • Phase 1 - Site Preparation

    Land, infrastructure planning, and permitting readiness

    Phase 2 — Power & Infrastructure Alignment

    Grid integration, site servicing, and technical preparation
